Repyo needs JavaScript to run the timer. Here is what it does.
Repyo is a free, browser-based interval timer. You build a sequence of reps and breaks, each with its own duration, and Repyo counts them down on a flip-clock display with a sound cue every time it switches between work and rest. It works as a HIIT timer, Tabata timer, circuit training timer, EMOM timer, boxing round timer, plank timer or stretching timer, because none of those are built in as presets — they are just different numbers in the same builder.
An interval timer alternates work with rest and tells you when to switch, so you can stop watching the clock. It is the timer behind HIIT, Tabata, circuits, EMOM, boxing rounds and timed holds. Tabata, for instance, is 20 seconds of work and 10 of rest, eight times — in Repyo that is a two-step sequence with a four-minute total duration.
